About
The ideal candidates will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing project tenders within the timeline, and scope parameters.
Senior & Intermediate – Responsibilities: 2 positions available
- Plan and implement overall tender pricing including scope of work , scheduling, and costing
- Ability to manage multiple tenders
- Evaluate, prepare, and manage all tender documents
- Work with Pre Construction and Procurement Managers to ensure strong technical and pricing submission
- Must possess a current knowledge of market conditions in the Ontario market
- must possess the ability to provide accurate schedules as required for submissions
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 year estimating experience in ICI construction in the Canadian Construction Sector
- Healthcare experience is an asset
- Experienced with scheduling software and Gantt charts
- Highly experienced and proficient with MS Office, Jonas Premier Software ,Microsoft Project etc
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are a must
- Excellent time management, and organizational skills – must be able to manage multiple projects effectively, and able to complete competing priorities
- Must be able to commute to head office daily, and periodically travel to sites across the GTA
