Data Protection Operations Agent (Community Platform)

We’re hiring a Content Policy Specialist to support privacy and data protection operations within a Trust & Safety environment.

This role is ideal for someone with experience handling GDPR-related requests, working in queue-based operational roles, and applying policy guidance with strong attention to detail.

• Review and process data access and deletion requests
  
• Apply policy and regulatory guidance to real-world cases
  
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues when needed
  
• Work in a structured, SLA-driven operational environment
  
• Identify trends and help improve workflows and tools

• 1+ year experience in data protection, privacy ops, Trust & Safety, or similarli>
  
• Comfortable handling xcfaprz queue-based or case management work
  
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
  
• Based in Ireland and able to visit Dublin office occasionally
  

This is a contract role, primarily remote, with a focus on operational excellence and data protection compliance.
