Remote (Ireland) | Occasional Dublin office visits
We’re hiring a Content Policy Specialist to support privacy and data protection operations within a Trust & Safety environment.
This role is ideal for someone with experience handling GDPR-related requests, working in queue-based operational roles, and applying policy guidance with strong attention to detail.
What You’ll Do:
- Review and process data access and deletion requests
- Apply policy and regulatory guidance to real-world cases
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues when needed
- Work in a structured, SLA-driven operational environment
- Identify trends and help improve workflows and tools
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year experience in data protection, privacy ops, Trust & Safety, or similarli>
- Comfortable handling xcfaprz queue-based or case management work
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Based in Ireland and able to visit Dublin office occasionally
This is a contract role, primarily remote, with a focus on operational excellence and data protection compliance.
