Financial Controller

Compensation: open on salary, commensurate with level

Our city centre client is looking to welcome a hands‑on Financial Controller. You will lead the Finance function and be instrumental the financial strategy, operational execution, and scaling efforts of the business. This is a small company multi‑entity environment and a dynamic role that combines technical accounting with commercial partnership.

• 
  
• Financial reporting and consolidations of subsidiaries, ensuring statutory compliance throughout
  
• Cash flow management and cost control
  
• Design and lead budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis
  
• Work with sales and operations to monitor KPIs, track pricing and margin analysis
  

• 
  
• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) with minimum 5 years’ PQE in a similarly structured group/subsidiary industry environment
  
• Enjoys a broad role that combines technical accounting with commercial exposure
  
• International tax/VAT/currency and foreign exchange
  
• Advanced Excel skills
  
• Strong communicator, problem solver
