Our city centre client is looking to welcome a hands‑on Financial Controller. You will lead the Finance function and be instrumental the financial strategy, operational execution, and scaling efforts of the business. This is a small company multi‑entity environment and a dynamic role that combines technical accounting with commercial partnership.
Responsibilities
- Financial reporting and consolidations of subsidiaries, ensuring statutory compliance throughout
- Cash flow management and cost control
- Design and lead budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis
- Work with sales and operations to monitor KPIs, track pricing and margin analysis
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) with minimum 5 years’ PQE in a similarly structured group/subsidiary industry environment
- Enjoys a broad role that combines technical accounting with commercial exposure
- International tax/VAT/currency and foreign exchange
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communicator, problem solver
