Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client is a leading construction company based in Dublin. Due to growth, they are currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. The successful Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for performing all Accounts Payable activities and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve Accounts Payable queries.

• Processing volumes of supplier invoices for all business entities
• Management of the Purchase Ledger
• Setting up supplier accounts
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Investigating and resolving any invoice discrepancies
• Assisting in processing payment runs
• Processing EFT payments
• Dealing with Sub Contractors RCT
• Supplier reconciliations
• Review month end PL reports & resolve related queries

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• The ability to work as part of a team
• The ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent numeracy and computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organisation skills

• €35,000 – €45,000
