DevOps Engineer – Azure | AI Infrastructure | Fintech Scale-Up

Full-time | Permanent | Remote in Ireland

TechHeads is partnering with an Irish fintech startup building out a greenfield SaaS platform, with expected growth set to triple in 2026.

They are now looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to take ownership of the organisation’s automation and operational efficiency — defining new ways of working, improving delivery pipelines, and building scalable systems that support growth.

This is a role for someone who wants autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to genuinely shape how DevOps is established and delivered in a growing organisation.

• Owning DevOps across an Azure-based platform
  
• Building and improving CI/CD pipelines
  
• Driving automation across QA, reporting and deployment workflows
  
• Supporting AI infrastructure and deployments (AI Foundry or similar)
  
• Monitoring platform performance, reliability, security, and cost
  
• Improving observability and operational maturity xcfaprz
  
• Scaling infrastructure as the platform and customer base grows
  

• 
  
• Strong DevOps experience 4+ years experience
  
• Azure experience is essential
  
• Start-up attitude: proactive, delivery-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity
