TechHeads is partnering with an Irish fintech startup building out a greenfield SaaS platform, with expected growth set to triple in 2026.
They are now looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to take ownership of the organisation’s automation and operational efficiency — defining new ways of working, improving delivery pipelines, and building scalable systems that support growth.
This is a role for someone who wants autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to genuinely shape how DevOps is established and delivered in a growing organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning DevOps across an Azure-based platform
- Building and improving CI/CD pipelines
- Driving automation across QA, reporting and deployment workflows
- Supporting AI infrastructure and deployments (AI Foundry or similar)
- Monitoring platform performance, reliability, security, and cost
- Improving observability and operational maturity xcfaprz
- Scaling infrastructure as the platform and customer base grows
Required Skills/ Experience:
- Strong DevOps experience 4+ years experience
- Azure experience is essential
- Start-up attitude: proactive, delivery-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity
