Job Description

The Interpretation Manager role involves working with interpreters of different nationalities and cultures on a daily basis. You are responsible for selecting and recruiting suitable interpreters for various client communication needs, ensuring efficient delivery of customer requests, addressing direct questions and concerns with prompt solutions, and maintaining a positive, professional, and close working relationship with Interpreters.


Responsibilities

  • Work in a team of Interpretation Managers within the Interpreting Department and may also collaborate closely with the Translation Department.
  • Manage your own language group and oversee interpreter bookings for your allocated language groups.
  • Recruit interpreters.
  • Support interpreter queries and customer quotations.
  • Assist with document management, particularly relating to interpreter onboarding.
  • Perform any other duties as required.
