Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to all *Safety* standards. You will be responsible for motivating your team, setting performance goals, and ensuring all warehouse activities, including *Lifting* and moving of goods, are conducted safely and efficiently. A commitment to upholding the highest standards of *Safety*, including proper training on *PPE* usage, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse supervision and a passion for driving operational excellence. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and staff.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and control.
  • Implement and enforce *Safety* policies and procedures.
  • Train employees on proper equipment operation and *PPE* usage.
  • Manage inbound and outbound *Logistics* operations.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
  • Address and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular warehouse inspections.
  • Facilitate team meetings and communication.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and *Logistics*.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to oversee tasks involving *Lifting* and material handling.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace *Safety* and familiarity with *PPE*.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
