We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to all *Safety* standards. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, optimizing workflow, coordinating inventory, and ensuring the smooth execution of our *Logistics* processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of warehouse management. You will be responsible for motivating your team, setting performance goals, and ensuring all warehouse activities, including *Lifting* and moving of goods, are conducted safely and efficiently. A commitment to upholding the highest standards of *Safety*, including proper training on *PPE* usage, is essential. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and staff.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and control.
- Implement and enforce *Safety* policies and procedures.
- Train employees on proper equipment operation and *PPE* usage.
- Manage inbound and outbound *Logistics* operations.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Conduct regular warehouse inspections.
- Facilitate team meetings and communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and *Logistics*.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to oversee tasks involving *Lifting* and material handling.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace *Safety* and familiarity with *PPE*.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
