Job Summary:
Join our expanding logistics network as a Fulfillment Associate in Nashville, Tennessee! We are looking for dedicated individuals to manage the receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of products within our state-of-the-art warehouse. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This position demands a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a keen eye for detail. We are committed to a safe working environment and expect all team members to prioritize safety and adhere to all guidelines.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory accurately.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of warehouse work areas and product storage locations.
  • Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality and accuracy standards.
  • Follow all company safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center environment is a plus.
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable and punctual with a commitment to teamwork.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles is beneficial.
