Join our expanding logistics network as a Fulfillment Associate in Nashville, Tennessee! We are looking for dedicated individuals to manage the receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of products within our state-of-the-art warehouse. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This position demands a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a keen eye for detail. We are committed to a safe working environment and expect all team members to prioritize safety and adhere to all guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of warehouse work areas and product storage locations.
- Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality and accuracy standards.
- Follow all company safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center environment is a plus.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to teamwork.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles is beneficial.
