Responsibilities:

  • Processing and tracking purchase orders
  • Maintain customer and manufacturer price lists, quotes, and bids
  • Place and track sample requests across multiple vendors
  • Provide product information and item specifications
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers
  • Manage art request projects for custom print products

Qualifications:

  • Background in sales, customer service, or related fields
  • Experience managing high volumes of emails and customer inquiries
  • Able to multitask with a strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Work independently and take direction
  • Demonstrate the ability to solve problems
  • Solid Microsoft Excel background

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the food service, packaging, or janitorial supply industry
  • Experience working with manufacturers and/or distribution
  • Experience working in a B2B - Business To Business - sales environment
