Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Processing and tracking purchase orders
- Maintain customer and manufacturer price lists, quotes, and bids
- Place and track sample requests across multiple vendors
- Provide product information and item specifications
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Manage art request projects for custom print products
Qualifications:
- Background in sales, customer service, or related fields
- Experience managing high volumes of emails and customer inquiries
- Able to multitask with a strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized
- Work independently and take direction
- Demonstrate the ability to solve problems
- Solid Microsoft Excel background
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the food service, packaging, or janitorial supply industry
- Experience working with manufacturers and/or distribution
- Experience working in a B2B - Business To Business - sales environment
