Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Public Affairs, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience Experience in Human Resources Data Management and operational excellence Proficiency in analytical tools including R, SQL, and Python Familiarity with Six Sigma tools and statistical data analysis Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
