A company is looking for a Human Resources Analytics Manager. Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of systems for collecting and analyzing Human Resources data Monitor and deliver management reports, analytics, and executive summaries aligned with corporate standards Conduct training for Human Resources employees on reporting and analysis methodologies
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Public Affairs, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience Experience in Human Resources Data Management and operational excellence Proficiency in analytical tools including R, SQL, and Python Familiarity with Six Sigma tools and statistical data analysis Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
