Offered services:• Accounting and annual financial statements• Preparation of financial reports according to Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS• Preparation of consolidated financial reports• Tax returns for legal entities• Value-added tax returns• Payroll accounting• Due diligence for M&A transactions• Interim CFOWe exclusively work with modern, web-based management software solutions. This allows our clients to manage their accounting internally, thereby reducing the need for our services to value-added tasks. Work in X (relocation to the city center X) or Lausanne - as well as partly in X• The possibility to build a team X• A development position with career opportunitiesIf you think entrepreneurially and want to join a young, dynamic trust company with high X, this position is perfect for you.Job description:• Care and support of clients in and financial matters of their company• Accompanying clients in preparing annual financial statements according to applicable standards (e.g., Swiss GAAP FER or IFRS)• Preparation of tax returns and VAT statements• Payroll accounting• Development of the customer portfolio and quality control and team management• Flexible workload between 80% and 100%Required qualifications:• University degree or a higher vocational qualification in business administration• Certified auditor• Fluent in German, French, and English• 3-5 years of professional experience in a trust company• Knowledge of accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS• Good knowledge of tax and value-added tax law• Team-oriented and customer-focused• Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to company growth jid8d7d3a2aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
