Offered services:• Accounting and annual financial statements• Preparation of financial reports according to Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS• Preparation of consolidated financial reports• Tax returns for legal entities• Value-added tax returns• Payroll accounting• Due diligence for M&A transactions• Interim CFOWe exclusively work with modern, web-based management software solutions. This allows our clients to manage their accounting internally, thereby reducing the need for our services to value-added tasks.
