Context & Mission: You will build and deploy the critical capabilities Maison L'Occitane en Provence needs to deliver its objectives by designing scalable academies and managing a high-impact learning ecosystem X capabilities. You will prioritize into structured learning roadmaps, ensuring measurable impact on performance, readiness, and time-to-competence. Drive disciplined execution and continuous improvement of the global LMS X will be part of a team X global culture and people development agenda for L'Occitane en Provence (talent management, performance review, leadership, talent acquisition, etc.). You will be based in and report to the Culture and People Development capability priorities into structured learning roadmaps and scalable programs. Establish consistent learning design standards and governance across governance and evolution of the global LMS, ensuring intuitive learning linked to roles and careers. Drive adoption and engagement through strong stakeholder involvement and track KPIs to measure learning impact and business relevance. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure effective deployment across regions. Contribute to fostering a performance-driven learning culture.How you can fit: 5+ years of experience in global learning, capability or talent development positions within an organization with LMS (governance, deployment) and tools (dashboards, reporting tools). Fluent English required. French is a plus. Experience designing and deploying structured learning programs X to working with senior stakeholders in a complex environment. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to translate business priorities into practical learning solutions with the ability to define and track KPIs. Structured, delivery-focused, and continuous improvement mindset.
