About the role We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT First Line Support Technician to join our team based at Cardington, Bedfordshire. As the first point of contact for IT support, you will play a vital role in keeping our systems and colleagues working effectively. You will provide high-quality technical assistance, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of our IT function across multiple locations.
