Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Durham, North Carolina, and play a crucial role in our daily warehouse operations. This versatile position involves a range of tasks, from receiving and stocking to picking and packing, all aimed at ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility. Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving and unloading incoming merchandise.
- Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks as directed.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE .
- Must be capable of performing Lifting tasks, typically up to 50 lbs.
- Participate in general warehouse clean-up and organization efforts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor setting is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Commitment to adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
