Job Summary:
Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Durham, North Carolina, and play a crucial role in our daily warehouse operations. This versatile position involves a range of tasks, from receiving and stocking to picking and packing, all aimed at ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are eager to contribute to our Logistics network and maintain a high level of productivity and Safety .
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in receiving and unloading incoming merchandise.
  • Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks as directed.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE .
  • Must be capable of performing Lifting tasks, typically up to 50 lbs.
  • Participate in general warehouse clean-up and organization efforts.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor setting is beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
  • Commitment to adhering to all Safety regulations.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
