We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, handling a variety of tasks essential for the smooth functioning of our warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting goods, accurately stocking inventory, picking and packing orders efficiently, and preparing items for shipment. A strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are key to success. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and rotation.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using scanners and order lists.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, manifesting, and staging.
- Operate manual material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with logistics processes is beneficial.
