We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, handling a variety of tasks essential for the smooth functioning of our warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting goods, accurately stocking inventory, picking and packing orders efficiently, and preparing items for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and rotation.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using scanners and order lists.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, manifesting, and staging.
- Operate manual material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with logistics processes is beneficial.
