Job Summary:
Join our bustling warehouse in Los Angeles, California, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable individuals to contribute to our efficient Logistics operations. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks critical to the success of our distribution center, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and preparing shipments. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (certification may be required).
  • Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
  • Load trucks for outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Safety standards.
  • Utilize provided PPE consistently and correctly.
  • Contribute to team efforts to meet operational targets.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role preferred.
  • Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment proficiently.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Strong physical stamina, including the ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Must be able to perform tasks requiring regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team player with good communication abilities.
  • Understanding of warehouse Logistics and inventory control principles.
