Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (certification may be required).
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
- Load trucks for outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Safety standards.
- Utilize provided PPE consistently and correctly.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet operational targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role preferred.
- Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment proficiently.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina, including the ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team player with good communication abilities.
- Understanding of warehouse Logistics and inventory control principles.
