POSITION TITLE: Systems Integration Analyst I DEPARTMENT: Information Technology CLASSIFICATION: Exempt APPROVED BY: CEO REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS POSITION REPORTS TO: Application Systems Manager POSITIONS SUPERVISED: None POSITION PURPOSE We are strengthening our technical foundation by improving how our applications, vendors, and data platforms work together. The Systems Integration Analyst is a key role in ensuring our systems run smoothly, supporting business operations, and enabling technical improvements. Success requires someone who can understand business processes, troubleshoot issues, plan system improvements, and provide guidance on how systems should work together. This position is critical in maintaining operational stability, building vendor relationships, supporting upgrades and projects, and raising the technical capability of the team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES Application Support sitting most of the time. Exerts up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally. WORKING CONDITIONS NONE: No hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions. (Such as in a typical office.) MENTAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION REASONING ABILITY: Ability to deal with a variety of variables under only limited standardization. Able to interpret various instructions. MATHEMATICS ABILITY: Ability to perform basic math skills, use decimals to compute ratios and percentages, and to draw and interpret graphs. LANGUAGE ABILITY: Ability to read a variety of books, magazines, instruction manuals, and reports Ability to prepare memos, reports, and essays using proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar. Ability to communicate distinctly with appropriate pauses and emphasis; correct punctuation (or sign equivalent) and variation in word order.
