ensure all interactions reflect our customer first approach, from quotations to order processing and aftercare. Take ownership of your pipeline
manage call-backs, leads, and follow-ups to maximise conversion and retention opportunities. Ensure accuracy and compliance
process orders correctly, update CRM systems, and adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate and communicate
build strong working relationships across departments, suppliers, and customers to share insights and best practice. Contribute ideas
provide feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience. Achieve performance targets

Youll bring: Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within the fuel, energy, or logistics sectors. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
