We have a great opportunity for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our fantastic Transformation and Technology team in Eltham. You will be working with our experienced in-house IT team to provide high levels of customer service and IT support to all staff.

*Key responsibilities*:
* Manage and maintain operational effectiveness of all servers, pcs laptops, peripherals and other IT equipment and hardware.
* Manage the installation, maintenance and performance of all IT networks and software on all IT equipment.
* Review, and maintain the resilience, security and back up of IT systems testing procedures regularly (including annual business continuity/DR test).
* Manage and resolve IT Helpdesk queries and issues.
* Manage the day-to-day tasks and develop the Assistant IT Support Engineer
* Liaise with IT support organisations and suppliers.
* Provide technical advice and guidance to management and staff on IT related issues.
* Review, manage and maintain printer, telephone and mobile communication equipment and resolve all related issues.
* Manage and maintain the IT integration of all other electronic ‘devices.
* Manage, plan and perform the IT and telecommunication elements of business-driven office moves and re-organisations.
* Provide cover to IT Systems Developer to ensure day to day IT service levels are maintained.
*About you:*
*5 years’ experience working in an IT environment.*
Advanced technical knowledge and experience in:
* Networking and system management.
* Server and desktop maintenance (including both Microsoft/Linux OS’s).
* Software, application and web development.
* Helpdesk management system
* VMware and virtual networking
* Exchange Enterprise administration
* Palo Alto firewall administration
* Telephone system administration
* Printer administration
* Windows and Apple Mobile device maintenance
* Innovative and effective problem solver.
* An ability to effectively prioritise workload and execute tasks under pressure
