In this customer-facing role, youll deliver high-quality, person-centred housing management services across a varied patch. Youll support tenants with tenancy sustainment, handle low-level ASB, and deliver generic housing management functions with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive tenancy support and advice to help residents maintain their homes
- Conduct tenancy audits, new tenancy visits, and estate inspections
- Handle low-level anti-social behaviour cases with empathy and tact
- Manage tenancy changes, sign-ups, terminations, and amendments
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure a joined-up approach
- Maintain accurate records and case notes with excellent attention to detail
About You:
- Experienced in housing management ideally with a background in social housing
- Skilled in customer service
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage a varied caseload
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment (home/office/patch)
