Your Impact

As a key member of our M&A Team, you'll play a direct role in accelerating 123Dentist's acquisition growth across Canada.

You'll help:

  • Supercharge lead generation

  • Optimize CRM performance

  • Increase qualified deal flow

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Market Research
  • Build and maintain acquisition-target lists

  • Research markets, ownership profiles & practice demographics

  • Track outreach activity & response metrics

  • Support multi-channel outreach campaigns

  • Stay top-of-mind with key industry stakeholders

  • Assist with scheduling & meeting coordination


CRM Management & Optimization
  • Act as CRM administrator & data quality owner

  • Log all prospect interactions & deal stages accurately

  • Update pipeline stages in real-time

  • Conduct weekly audits to spot gaps & stalled opportunities

  • Report pipeline health & metrics to senior leadership

  • Train team members on CRM best practices

  • Automate workflows & streamline processes


Conference & Event Support
  • Plan & budget conferences with BD & Events teams

  • Upload and organize event leads

  • Track event conversion & provide recommendations

  • Coordinate strategic post-event follow-up


Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field) OR equivalent experience

  • 3+ years in Business Development, Sales Ops, Lead Generation, or Healthcare support

  • Dental, healthcare, or M&A experience is a plus (but not required)
