Who Are We:

The Briggs is an elevated casual hospitality brand with zero pretense. We're premium casual done right; denim with standards.

We believe in running a professional operation without feeling corporate. We protect the vibe, hold the line on quality, and create spaces that feel as good as they look. Growth and opportunity aren't buzzwords here; they're the mission.

We are looking for the right candidate to start by April 1, 2026

The Role

This role owns the brand experience, builds and leads high-performing teams, and delivers strong financial results; without sacrificing our culture of elevated hospitality without ego.

The General Manager is the operational and cultural standard bearer of the restaurant. You bring a confident, polished presence, communicate clearly, think critically under pressure, and obsess over standards. You believe the team is everything, lead with calm authority, and know how to keep things fun while running a tight, professional operation.

  • Recruit, hire, and retain top hospitality talent
  • Create clear training and development pathways
  • Conduct performance reviews and build future leaders

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience
