This is not a sales role and not a beginner setup. I need someone who understands how Five9 works in real production environments and can think in terms of systems, routing logic, and operational reliability.

What You'll Help With
• Five9 call routing & IVR flows
• Time-based and overflow routing
• Dispositions, call outcomes, and automation logic
• Agent workflows and system safeguards
• Integrations or handoffs to CRMs / intake systems (where applicable)
• Identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or failure points in existing setups

What I'm Looking For
• Proven hands-on experience with Five9
• Strong understanding of call center automations and workflows
• Ability to explain logic clearly (not just "click buttons")
• Comfortable working independently and making recommendations
• Experience supporting professional services or legal intake is a plus
