We are a growing recruiting and staffing firm looking for a motivated Business Development Caller to support outbound outreach efforts.
This role focuses on making outbound calls to managers and decision-makers to introduce our recruiting services, identify hiring needs, and schedule follow-up conversations. You will not be responsible for closing deals, but your outreach will directly contribute to new client acquisition.
This is a performance-driven role with opportunity for bonuses tied to results.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to targeted companies using a provided list
Introduce services clearly and professionally
Identify potential hiring needs
Set follow-up appointments
Track call outcomes in a simple reporting system
Follow a structured call script and written process
Ideal Candidate:
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
Clear, confident English communication
Professional and polite phone presence
Consistent and dependable
Able to handle rejection and stay motivated
Previous cold-calling or appointment-setting experience is a plus
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate
Performance bonuses for qualified appointments
Additional bonus for clients that sign as a result of your outreach
