This will be a clean, modern, conversion-focused lead generation site. It must be simple, fast, and easy to duplicate for future clients.
Scope:
5–7 page website (Home, About, Services, Contact, Optional Guide Download page)
Mobile responsive
Contact form with email integration
Basic SEO setup (meta titles, descriptions)
Fast load speed
Easy for me to duplicate for new brokers
Built on WordPress (preferred) using a reliable theme builder
Important:
This is not a custom design from scratch. I want a structured template that can be reused.
I will provide:
Branding direction
Sample copy
Structure outline
Reference websites
Please quote a fixed price. I do not want hourly.
Bonus if you have built lead generation sites in finance, mortgage, or professional services before.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
