5–7 page website (Home, About, Services, Contact, Optional Guide Download page)
Mobile responsive
Contact form with email integration
Basic SEO setup (meta titles, descriptions)
Fast load speed
Easy for me to duplicate for new brokers
Built on WordPress (preferred) using a reliable theme builder

This is not a custom design from scratch. I want a structured template that can be reused.
