What You'll Drive

  • Lead daily service operations with a relentless focus on workmanship and CSI

  • Recruit, coach, and develop a top-tier technician and advisor team

  • Resolve 100% of customer concerns within 48 hours

  • Forecast and deliver on labor sales, gross profit, and expense targets

  • Build systems that ensure quality control, warranty accuracy, and operational excellence

  • Strengthen interdepartmental collaboration to support total dealership performance

What You Bring

  • Automotive management experience is an asset, but not required

  • Proven success leading high-performing teams

  • Demonstrated success growing a strong service department

  • Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making

  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset

  • Knowledge of Stellantis brand is an asset
