What You'll Drive
Lead daily service operations with a relentless focus on workmanship and CSI
Recruit, coach, and develop a top-tier technician and advisor team
Resolve 100% of customer concerns within 48 hours
Forecast and deliver on labor sales, gross profit, and expense targets
Build systems that ensure quality control, warranty accuracy, and operational excellence
Strengthen interdepartmental collaboration to support total dealership performance
What You Bring
Automotive management experience is an asset, but not required
Proven success leading high-performing teams
Demonstrated success growing a strong service department
Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making
Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Knowledge of Stellantis brand is an asset
