We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven
Business Development Representative
to support our expansion in the local market.
Position Overview
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with local businesses, and generating commercial cleaning contracts.
This is a performance-driven role ideal for someone entrepreneurial and goal-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and prospect new commercial clients (offices, clinics, property managers, retail spaces)
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person visits
• Schedule and attend client meetings
• Prepare and present service proposals
• Maintain CRM and follow-up pipeline
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers
• Represent CrystalCleanPro professionally in the local market
Qualifications
• Experience in sales or business development (preferred)
• Strong communication skills (English required – French is an asset)
• Self-motivated and independent
• Comfortable with cold outreach and networking
• Knowledge of Ottawa business landscape is an asset
• Valid driver's license preferred
