Join our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania facility as an Order Picker! We're looking for dedicated individuals to accurately select and prepare orders for shipment. This role is fundamental to our logistics process, ensuring that customers receive the correct items in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack and prepare picked items for shipment, ensuring they are secure.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and help maintain stock accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all Safety protocols.
- Wear and correctly use all designated PPE .
- Support the broader Logistics functions of the warehouse.
- This position requires consistent physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order instructions and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
