This role is fundamental to our logistics process, ensuring that customers receive the correct items in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack and prepare picked items for shipment, ensuring they are secure.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and help maintain stock accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all Safety protocols.
- Wear and correctly use all designated PPE .
- Support the broader Logistics functions of the warehouse.
- This position requires consistent physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order instructions and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
