Job Summary:
Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Associate in Durham, North Carolina. This position is instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution center. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders, playing a key role in our logistics chain. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
  • Safely move and store products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or manual pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
  • Participate in inventory management, including cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and proper handling.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures.
