You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders, playing a key role in our logistics chain. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Safely move and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or manual pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Participate in inventory management, including cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and proper handling.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures.
