The Role

You will manage a varied Commercial Property caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Commercial leasing matters
• Refinance and SIPP transactions
• Bridging finance for commercial and residential property
• Commercial and residential developments
• Land transactions, including development land, overage and option agreements

You will also assist with specialist property matters and provide support to other departments on property-related aspects, including probate sales. The role includes regular client contact and responsibility for delivering clear, practical advice.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with experience managing your own Commercial Property caseload
• Strong experience handling commercial property sales, purchases and commercial leases
• Confident reviewing and approving freehold and leasehold titles
• Comfortable raising and responding to enquiries and preparing reports for clients and lenders
• Experienced using property case management systems and working within lender requirements
