The Role
You will manage a varied Commercial Property caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Commercial leasing matters
- Refinance and SIPP transactions
- Bridging finance for commercial and residential property
- Commercial and residential developments
- Land transactions, including development land, overage and option agreements
You will also assist with specialist property matters and provide support to other departments on property-related aspects, including probate sales. The role includes regular client contact and responsibility for delivering clear, practical advice.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience managing your own Commercial Property caseload
- Strong experience handling commercial property sales, purchases and commercial leases
- Confident reviewing and approving freehold and leasehold titles
- Comfortable raising and responding to enquiries and preparing reports for clients and lenders
- Experienced using property case management systems and working within lender requirements
