Description

Panasonic Australia is seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Customer Solutions Administrator  to support our customers, retailers, sales representatives, and service partners. This role plays a key part in resolving escalated customer issues from our outsourced call centre and ensuring a high standard of service delivery across the business. You will act as a primary point of contact for complex customer and service partner matters, delivering fair and timely resolutions aligned with Panasonic Australia's customer service philosophy and the Australian Consumer Law. This role also provides spare parts support, service partner coordination, and secondary support for HVAC VIC field service operations.

This is a six (6) month contract term.

The key responsibilities we would trust you with:

  • Resolve and manage escalated customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and compliant outcomes
  • Support the greater team with administrative tasks.
  • Support retailers and service partners with spare parts enquiries, orders, returns, and pricing
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, call centre, and external service partners to achieve service KPIs
  • Manage customer escalations across phone, social media, and digital channels
  • Coordinate system‑based workflows and service administration using Salesforce, e‑Pan, and t‑Pan, including warranty and invoice processing
  • Maintaining strong product knowledge and data accuracy, with a focus on processes and policies, while escalating complex technical issues.
  • The areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most to the role:

  • Strong customer service expertise with proven experience resolving enquiries and escalations to achieve positive, compliant outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confident telephone manner and stakeholder engagement
  • Proven ability to manage customer enquiries end‑to‑end, including negotiation and conflict resolution
  • High proficiency using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and enterprise service platforms
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret product and service information to support issue resolution
  • Advanced organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to balance customer needs and business priorities
