About
Panasonic Australia is seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Customer Solutions Administrator to support our customers, retailers, sales representatives, and service partners. This role plays a key part in resolving escalated customer issues from our outsourced call centre and ensuring a high standard of service delivery across the business. You will act as a primary point of contact for complex customer and service partner matters, delivering fair and timely resolutions aligned with Panasonic Australia's customer service philosophy and the Australian Consumer Law. This role also provides spare parts support, service partner coordination, and secondary support for HVAC VIC field service operations.
This is a six (6) month contract term.
