Zonda is looking for a passionate Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help create, evolve and expand our team. Zonda looks for people who can grow, think, dream, and create. As a member of the Lifecycle team, you will have an opportunity to engage our users throughout their entire journey, from initial touchpoints to repeat visits, as they learn and shop for a new construction home. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, develop and optimize lifecycle marketing (primarily email to start) experiences that enhance engagement and drive measurable results.
What You'll Do:
Lifecycle Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement innovative lifecycle strategies that support our strategic pillars and align with business target goals
- Identify and scope new opportunities in segmentation, content, creative and beyond, to support the home-buying lifecycle
- Develop and maintain audience segmentation frameworks and messaging strategies tailored to each buyer journey stage, leveraging data and insights to align message, timing, and channel
- Build (some light coding required) and deploy responsive email campaigns and automations using SendGrid, ensuring cross-device and cross-browser compatibility
- Work closely with the design team in Figma to develop visually compelling assets that align with brand guidelines
Performance Tracking, Testing and Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance data; understand baseline, benchmarks and KPIs
- Run a regular cadence of tests; recommend strategic improvements
- Prep for and participate in cross-functional discussions with actionable insights
Quality Control and Enhancements:
- Proactively QA, test, and troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign setup, segmentation, rendering, and deliverability
- Manage UAT process with internal stakeholders and partner development teams, ensuring successful delivery and documentation updates
- Ensure all emails comply with all relevant regulations while optimizing deliverability and minimizing bounce rates
- Document relevant processes, ensuring consistency and quality execution
Who You Are:
- Curiosity and creativity; a willingness to learn about our users, our product and our opportunities
- Proven experience in achieving KPIs and achieving user and business milestones
- Minimum 4 years' experience executing Email campaigns (multi-channel experience a plus)
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation/ESP & CRM platforms (SendGrid preferred)
- Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS for email development and a strong understanding of email best practices
- Familiarity with API-triggered messaging and automation workflows
- Experience with dynamic coding languages and syntax (Handlebars, AMPScript, Liquid), A/B or multivariate testing, QA/UAT, and data file management
- Experience working with Figma to collaborate on and deliver designs and workflows
- Attention to detail; technical and project management skills
- Track record of troubleshooting technical issues
- Stellar communication skills and responsiveness
