maintenance systems manager

This position is responsible for managing all building systems of a commercial property. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, maintenance and repair of various equipment, as well as strong communication skills.

1. Main duties include day-to-day completion of preventive maintenance programs by following inspection procedures.
2. Provide support in performing tenant service requests and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
